Yes, you are. And I am happy to provide the keys to making wonderfully alive fermented foods. Foods that so easily add so much to your body’s health and well-being.
The latest benefit that I’m noticing for myself is that my allergies to plants and cats seem to be dissipating. Yesterday I was visiting a friend who has 2 cats, and who, in the past, has had to vacuum thoroughly before I came and I still would be sniffy in less than an hour. Yesterday we forgot about the cats until I had been visiting for over 3! hours. I got just the teeniest bit sniffy at the end of our visit and that dissipated as I drove away. I have been allergic to cats all my life. This is big!
Mind you, the change didn’t happen overnight; I’ve been eating cultured veggies for something around 3-4 years now. Patience and consistency is key I’m thinking.
More immediate benefits are things like reduction of sugar and carb cravings, better digestion, a strengthened immune system and relief from skin irritations. The list is much longer but you get my drift ….
So, because I’ve been asked, and because I’m so grateful for the changes in my life, AND because I so want you to have the same positive changes …
I’m offering another Get Cultured workshop on
Saturday, July 19 from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm
