From mindful movement to the tastiest healthy food, I have sourced what makes a body feel great:
As a Nia instructor I know the value of a well-nourished body, mind and spirit.
As a food-lover I have been teaching myself about good food and great ways of preparing it since my early twenties.
As a young adult I explored the vegetarian foodscape and eventually settled on a menu of mostly fruits and vegetables with a sprinkling of poultry and fish.
As a cook and a parent, I have discovered time-saving ways to prepare highly nutritious and delicious foods.
My creative expertise has danced onto the pages of my “Recipes for Loving The Body You’re In” cookbook. This collection of wheat-free, dairy-free whole food recipes includes some of my favourite raw and cooking light recipes, plus more than 75 recipes for smoothies, breakfast suggestions, appetizers, spreads & sauces, wraps and rolls, salads, dressings, soups, dinner delights and, of course, yummy sweets. In all my recipes, I aim for the highest value of good, healthy food with no empty calories and the most delicious flavours. I search out organic foods with no or little processing, grown as close to home as possible, resulting in exceptional taste with the highest health benefits.
