Asleep at the wheel?

This infographic gives me more motivation to do whatever I can to improve my sleep patterns. I know that I’ve been in that ‘sleep drunk’ state more times than is good for me. I am so grateful that I am sleeping longer more often now. It makes such a huge difference … more REM = more rrmmm, rmm rm (me emulating a revving motor). Thanks for the info Frugal Dad!
