All the things:
- No zoom class on Tuesday, August 11 as I’ll still be at my sisters
- Yes there will be an outdoor Nia class at Mission Point Park on Thursday August 13
- Yes – there will be Zoom classes on Saturday, August 15 AND next Tuesday, August 18.
The 18th is the final Nia class for August so I can play and go on my annual art retreat …
For the fall:
- Outdoor Nia classes start up again on Thursday September 10 at Mission Point Park
- Zoom Nia classes start up again on Saturday, September 12 and I’ll be continuing the Tues/Sat zoom classes for the next few months and the outdoor classes as long as the weather allows.
I also wanted to let you all know that I have a good stock of Culture Starter for those interested in fermenting veggies. Such a great time of year for it! Simply email me to set a time to pick it up if you’re local or have it mailed if you’re from ‘away’.
